Pro Action Shot Picture Day
Picture Day should be fun! We take great care to run a smooth and organized picture day.
Four Easy Steps!
1. Parents and Players check in with one of our Greeters and have their questions answered by a friendly, knowledgeable staff person. All our products are on display so that parents can make an informed photo package selection. (We accept credit cards, Visa, MC, Discover).
2. Proceed to the Team Assembly Area at your scheduled photo time. When your coach has determined that your team is ready, we will set up your team photo and create the best team picture you have ever had.
3. On to your individual portrait. Photo schedules are created by working very closely with your league’s Photo Coordinator to ensure that all of your scheduled activities operate smoothly. Each child will have an adequate amount of time to pose for his or her portrait. We want a great photo too!
4. Off to your game or other scheduled events. Have a great day! Your player’s pictures, plaques, buttons, magnets, magazine covers and laminated digital trading cards will be ready in three to four weeks for delivery to the league.
Parents Checklist on Picture Day
Parents and Players can help ensure order accuracy by correctly completing all applicable fields on the order form(s). Please PRINT LEGIBLY! Most order corrections are due to illegible, misspelled names, or incorrectly completed forms. We appreciate your support.
- Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled picture time. Have your player’s completed order form ready.
- If you did not receive a form, extra player and buddy forms will be available at the check-in booth.
- If you have a special request, you may ask the photographer when it is your turn to be photographed.
Orders Without Payment
Payment is due on picture day. For your convenience, We accept credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. A player with a completed order form and no payment, will still be photographed. However, the order will not be printed until payment is received.
Photo Products
Products available on Picture Day can be viewed on this web site via the home page. They are also pictured clearly on our full color order envelopes so there is no guessing about what you are ordering. The products will also be on display at the check-in booth on Picture Day.
